10 years’ experience in quality engineering management both in information technology and manufacturing. He holds Bachelor of degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, Nigeria and Master of Science in Systems Engineering (System Simulation and Modeling), pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial Engineering at the Prestigious University of Benin, Nigeria.

After graduation from University first degree, he joined VDT COMMUNICATION LIMITED AS A NETWORK ENGINEER in 2009 and rose to the position of Branch Operations Manager in 2010. He later joined Novus Sealing Nigeria Limited as a production Engineer in 2011. He helped the company to set up a gasket manufacturing plant through a technology transfer agreement with Flexitallic UK. As the engineer in charge of quality management system he supervised the GE gasket localization project and Novus production processes became fully compliant with GE standard.

He co-founded Cacumen Nigeria Limited in 2016, a quality engineering firm that offers quality management system services; training, auditing, factory set up/ machine layout design and other quality engineering services to SMEs. Sylvester Ehigie offers operations and marketing/sales support to international companies who wish to do business cutting across the globe.

Sylvester Ehigie is poised to use his over 10 years’ experience in quality engineering management both in information technology and manufacturing to set pace in Aerospace and Engineering fields. He has been involved in various engineering project like the gasket manufacturing plant set up for Novus Sealing Nigeria Limited and the GE gasket localization project in Nigeria. His core competence is quality engineering and management consulting. He is a certified quality engineer by the American Society for Quality (ASQ CQE). Presently he serves as the Manager Total Quality Management (TQM) operations and sales/marketing support for international business development with VOKATEC SOLUTIONS INC.
